Our mission is to help people discover their unique design and develop the practical strategies, habits, and systems needed to grow, live intentionally, and turn that purpose into reality. Through coaching, leadership development, and encouragement, we help people take meaningful steps toward a better tomorrow.
Carey Tessin
After nearly 30 years of balancing homeschooling with a part-to-full-time corporate career, Carey recently stepped away from her role as an Administrative Manager to focus on her family and the work she loves through Better Days Group. Family has always been at the heart of Carey's life, and she is passionate about encouraging others, especially moms, through the many seasons and challenges of life. Whether she's spending time with her children and grandchildren, connecting with other women, serving in her community, or helping bring Better Days Group events and initiatives to life, Carey finds joy in creating opportunities for people to feel encouraged, supported, and equipped for the journey ahead. She brings a heart for people, a gift for bringing things together, and a genuine desire to help others recognize the possibilities that lie before them.
Joe Tessin
Joe currently serves as Vice President of Ace Technologies, where he puts his passion for leadership, team development, and organizational growth into practice every day. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across nonprofit and corporate environments, Joe is committed to building strong teams, developing people, and creating healthy organizations where individuals can thrive and do their best work.
In his role at Ace Technologies, Joe draws on his experience and leadership philosophy to help people grow, strengthen teams, and move organizations forward. His passion for developing others extends beyond his day-to-day responsibilities through his work with Better Days Group.
Joe has also spent the past three years teaching annual leadership cohorts for a multimillion-dollar electrical contractor. Through his Maxwell Leadership Certification, he equips emerging leaders with practical tools and strategies to lead with greater confidence, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact.
Known for his energy, authenticity, and ability to connect with people, Joe believes leadership is about more than reaching goals. It's about investing in people, building healthy cultures, and helping others realize what they're capable of achieving. Whether leading at Ace Technologies or working with individuals and organizations through Better Days Group, Joe is passionate about helping people grow into their potential and accomplish more together.

With complementary strengths and a shared passion for people, they bring together leadership development, personal growth, and practical encouragement to help individuals, families, and organizations navigate change and move forward with purpose.
Their own journey has taught them that growth doesn't happen all at once, and no one has to have everything figured out to take the next step.
